In the Administration department, you will be the organisational talent of the entire team. You will maintain an overview and have control over everything, from events to further development to costs and invoices.

Front Office

You will be responsible in our team for access control, room and event organisation, office equipment and organisation, catering and the like. In addition, you will keep an eye on the team and provide ideas for their further development, and, at the same time, you will be the linchpin for all other support needs.

Back Office

There couldn't be a more diverse range of responsibilities. Because you will be responsible for the management of the company pension scheme, order processing, vehicle fleet management, the reimbursement of travel and other expenses, leasing, and also invoice and accounts payable management.
