In order to support fitness providers not only in their member acquisition, but also in their customer retention, software provider Magicline has integrated a new customer loyalty program into its system. The new feature is available from the “Advanced” price package on and can be configured completely individually.

With customer loyalty to more financial security
Naturally members tend to quit or switch to other fitness providers at some point if they find better alternatives. Corona has multiplied the loss of members. Many fitness providers therefore often focus exclusively on new customer acquisition. But: “It is equally important to retain existing members for the long term. A higher customer retention rate has a lasting effect on the financial security and stability of a studio. And that’s where we come in with our new customer loyalty program feature. It allows studios to increase their customer loyalty without incurring high additional costs or spending a lot of time,” explains Daniel Wischer, Chief Product Officer Magicline.

With the new customer loyalty program, the software manufacturer - which is part of the umbrella company Sport Alliance - has created a function to reward existing members for, for example, a certain amount of check-ins, training sessions or the length of their membership. The feature can be individually configured by the gym. The different achievements members need to reach in order to get the rewards can be set and will then be applied automatically.

Start the customer loyalty program
The customer loyalty program is available for the “Advanced” and “Pro” price packages. If Magicline users already have one of the packages, they only need to activate the new feature. “Even if one of our customers has booked another price package, they can easily and independently switch to the corresponding package within their Magicline. From then on, they can also use the new feature without any restrictions,” says Daniel Wischer.
